If it doesn’t feel right on your skin, we will make it right. 

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or replacement. Use it as you normally would, then send us a quick note and we will take care of the rest.

Refunds or Replacements

Depending on your experience, we may offer either a replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Returns

Used products do not need to be returned.

Unused products may be returned upon request. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by us.
